need advice on buying home in lb sastry nagar

hi all,
i found some nice apartments in LB sastry nagar near HAL/ old airport road.is there any possibility of future development in this area?i heard there is no cauvery water in the area. also i found the nearby annasandrapalaya is not upto the mark in hygiene.also i would like to know about some credible builders in the area.there are some projects claiming to complete in 2014 beginning.i want to know which builders in this area have good reputation.if anyone booked recently or bought new apartment please share the view.also i want to know about adjacent areas like kagdaspura and vignana nagar.any suggestion will be of immense help to me.
