Looking for Apartments along outer ring road

Dear Freinds,

1. Can anyone suggest me good apartments on or off the outer ring road, in the stretch between silk board junction till marathalli ? Also, on sarjapur road before the wipro office ?

2. I am looking for a 3 BHK and below 40 Lakhs.

3. I hear this is a water starved area. Does anyone know if this is true ? If so, what are the alternate areas to look for near to this region ?
