I suggest you visit magicbricks.com or Quikr.com. You will find lots of direct sellers there and you can try clinching deal soon, before its too late as prices are rising with developments happening in the layout and elsewhere due to forthcoming State elections. Never ever try to get deals done through brokers as they cheat the buyer and the seller, price-wise plus charge solid commision. Good luck.
