169039, hold your horses before you give dates for the metro. All dates appear to be pushed back 

169039,sorry if you took offense to what I said: " hold your horses" is a figurative phrase and not meant for drivers or riders of any kind. All that meant to say was that it is a bit premature to put dates for Namma Metro's completion of various stations when the flagship stretch of MG road is not able to meet dates. Cheer up 

Hi Folks,

I own a 30X40 site in SMV 3rd block, attached to Kalyani Society. Like in other blocks, here also only drainage and electric poles have come up.

Thanks

Hello All,

I have a 30x40 site in 1st block, and Planning for construction once cauvery water is given.
I have plan to construct initially GF and later 1st floor, and my query is do I require approval from BDA for both floor construction in a single shot or initially only for GF and later for 1st floor, any ideas ,how much is the official fees to get the plan approval for 850 SFT built up area.

With my best regards,

better to get approval for both floors in one shot lest you will have to bribe them TWICE
