At least 30 ft. In some cases, road which connects to main Roads/lengthy one/planned for Bus stands will have up to 45 ft.

In fact 20X30 sites are actually meant for Economically Weaker Section.
But nowadays I see G+2 or 3 Floors(Of course, No Setbacks & violating all bye-laws) in all BDA layouts.
