I have seen site in 30X40 site in SMV 1st block. Please help for below queries

1.How many year is the locking period for BDA site to purchase? .I heard of 10year.is it true?
2.How we can check Khatha Details of site from BDA website?
3.What are the documents to be checked for BDA site? Present owner is direct allotee.
