Hi SMVL 1Block BDA site owners.
This is related to Sir M Vishveshwariah Layout 1 Block layout formation by BDA. Can anybody idea in which Survey numbers of which village the 1 Block is formed ?
Have you verified these Survey numbers of those villages are really acquired for SMVL scheme ?
What will happen if BDA acquired these land for X layout formation( as per Gazette notification) but used and allotted for SMVL layout ?

Firstly, its a very broad level Query and its not clear what is your objective in knowing this & end use.
For detailed information, either your need to approach Office of Secretariat which publishes the Govt Gazette Notifications
or BDA itself for the detailed info. As per my knowledge BDA acquired land for this layout with multiple notifications & later de-notifications.
These are dated before the year 2000 and may not be accessible online.
Mostly RTI may be helpful for you.

Yes RTI have helped me some extent but not fully. Through RTI we found that lands acquired for Janabharathi layout is used to form SMVL 1 Block .( All survey numbers of Nagadevanahalli village , Kengeri hobli )
Is this a valid procedure ? or Is there any legal issue here ?
I will update again once we have answer from BDA in our de-notification case , which is presently in High court and waiting for objections to be filled by BDA as well as UDD ( state Govt).
Presently this is the only objection raised by respondents who have illegally de-notified the land of 10 acres. If this is the case then whole SMVL 1 Block itself is illegal correct ?

With continuous and dedicated effort by Mr.commander Saravan Gouda and Mr. Srikant finally BDA given a paper publication not to purchase/develop a sites in Sy no 20 of Nagadevanahalli ( 1 Block SMVL illegally de-notified land). Attached the paper publication copy for reference.

its good to see that the issues are beign bought out for public view..You can check the other vishweshwaraiah layout posts where there is an attachment with survey no.s but it is a scanned copy it may not be very clear.
As i understand the issue is with Survey no. 20 and there was some golmaal and new survery no.s were created instead of older one..
And coming to BDA notifying for sites creation. It can use it for any area formation..it may be Jnanabharathi or SMV layout..these are all new names for the acquired lands (developed).
So, you can see there is lot of house/apartment buildings happening in SMV lyt block 1 only survey no. 20 is left out as there is litigation and the govt bodies-BDA BBMP are not supporting due to denotifiction. We need to fight this illegal denotification and get it cancelled..thats the only option available..

We are on top of this issue , But what to do High court has it's own procedures and this will be miss-utilized by respondents. Even BDA lawyer not filled objections after 1yrs and 2 months of notice . He himself talk about giving bribe and getting alternative sites at good locations.
