You can come near Shirke Apartments and ask anyone there for directions. The 100ft road to the left of ring road (coming from Kengeri satellite town. KHB apartment is under construction to the left of the road) at Shirke apartments connects to SMV layout 1st, 2nd block.

No documents required. Just carry 3 passport size photographs and Rs. 2000 in cash for the fee. Application is available with Mr. Seethappa/Mr. Ramesh. You can call them before you reach there. I'm also planning to give a visit on Sunday.

Heard cauvery water connection is already available in 1 block contact Bwssb for fees payment and to get connection
