Thank you msn1270 for that valuable info. I think its a bit expensive. I know the 2nd block is a little behind in development. Heard that Sewer and Cauvery water supply pipeline are in place. I see a few BMTC buses plying towards Kommaghatta road on the 100ft road adjacent to 2nd block. Above mentioned are the quoted price. I'm not sure about the price at which transactions happening.
