5th phase - Sites under litigation

Greetings. There is a notice put up in 5th phase for some sites ( 2050 and adjoining sites) that they are under litigation and there is a High Court stay. The road is also not developed while all other roads seem to have been done. Does any one have information on this. I shall be obliged if you can kindly share any information you may have. What recourse will the owner of these sites have. They have been registered in our names and taxes are also being paid regularly ever since site was allotted. Regards. Sateesh.
