Tax Payment of BDA Sites

Folks,
The BDA Property Tax payment online has started to work !
https://propertytax.bdabangalore.org
The portal is working now, I paid my taxes thru it.
I think this is very convenient rather than physically going to the bank. please use this facility to be current on your taxes.
Hope it helps.. You do need to know the site number, Property ID and exact name for it to pull up the records

It should be there in tax challan sent by BDA ( either last year's or the current one , it doesnt matter ).

so I found mine in one of my old tax payments receipts.. If you look up any old tax receipt, there is a field called "Sanketa" in kannada the number against it is your property id. I dug up some old receipts and validated it as even I had forgotten how I got that number. Hope it helps..

I have registered on 18-6-2018. but i have not received any confirmation mail. i need to pay tax for my bda side. when can i get conformation mail

Hi All,
Can a few of us confirm the tax for this year for 60X40 and 30X40? I see mine as Rs.5181 for a 60X40 in the 1st Block. There is a 'Cess' of almost Rs.1,000 (Rs.980 to be precise), is this routine or is it because the plot is empty?

For a vacant 50 X 80 site in 6th Block, the property tax for the year 2019 - 20 is as follows :
Property Tax : 8100 ; Cess : 1944 ; Total : 10044

Looks like tax payment is different for different block.I have paid for a 50*80 vacant site in 3rd block -Property Tax: 7362: Cess: 1766.88=Total Payment -9129

looking for a confused state when SMV layout will move to BBMP property tax,in case if someone knows the answer please explain.
i build a house in 6th block and pay the BDA tax this year .. does this mean BDA tax is for plot only and if this is the case then how do i pay property tax for a house in SMV layout

I logged in to pay property tax but portal is showing previous owner name eventhough i have done kata transfer and paid previous year tax in my name.
