Under BBMP

Does anyone know when exactly the SMV layout will be handed over to BBMP?

When will we get house Numbers, street and cross name or number?

Hi,
This is a million dollar question because BBMP and BDA keeps fighting on this issue. BDA is supposed to finish all the development works like roads, UGD, electrification, Basic aminities and then handover to BBMP.
BBMP will be reluctant to take over as it falls on their head to create all the pending facilities as they will be collecting taxes from the site owners. BDA will never do full developments as long as minimum occupancy happens stating facilities will go bad if not used
So both agencies dont give any clear dates unless some political pressure or some big builder is behind them for their own benifit it will never happen. Resident welfare association should be formed and take up these matters on a regular basis with both the agencies.

Is there no resident welfare association at the moment? If no, how do we form one?

Also, Is there a layout owner association?
