Hi all !
I am interested in buying an apartment at SVS Ananda Nilayam, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore.
It seems the project is approved by BBMP. Does it mean that BBMP approval alone is enough and BDA / BMRDA approval not required or Is it mandatory to have BDA approval irrespective of BBMP approval ?
Any banks approve this project and sanction loan for this ?
Do we have any reviews about this appartment ?

As far i know the construction is good . in 2010 i finalised this property but at last second i had to backtrack due to my personal issues. The same builder has a project near nagawara ready for possesion also. The location of ananda is good.
