Kanakapura road developments

HI Folks,

I would like to know what all the developments happening in kanakapura road , we can see rapid growth in real estate in this part from past 2 years. Is it good to invest in plots after nice road junction ? Metro route sanctioned till Art of living ? Sincere request to members who can advise about investments in this area. I stay in this part and planning to invest in plots here .
