Looking for 2/3BHK aparment on Hosur Rd B/W Silk board - EC

I am looking for a 2/3BHK apartment on Hosur Road between Silk board - Electronic city , BTM, HSR, Nice Road with all basic amenities and with in a budget of 40L. Preferably a new launch so that i can pay in installments. Please advice.

Check Neo Town from Patel Realty. Its under construction and would be a good investment. And you can expect good rentals most importantly as there are 4.5 Lakh employees working in EC and only 5% of them have their own house and the rest dependent on rental.
I have a Suite and a single bedroom booked here.
And moreover south indias biggest mall is also coming up in the same locality.
