Price there is around 4500 in Narayana Nagar 1st block, 4000 in Narayana Nagar 2nd block and 3500 in Narayana Nagar 3rd block. Also got to know from some sources that in Narayana Nagar 3rd block, the earlier owner of the land (owners before formation of this layout), are preventing present owners from building their houses. 6000/sqft is just a joke in that locality. Brokers just try to inflate the cost since that is their source of living and the owners also believe the same and increase the cost.
In the adjacent MKS layout 1, brokers quote a price of 6500/sqft, while one South facing plot was sold in June 2015 for 46L for a 30X40 site. People are just being too greedy.
