What did you finalize.


I have open balcony of 110 sqft and 240 sqft skylite area planned in my house. So need advice on material.

Architect has suggested hardened glass which is very expensive.

Further I plan to give open roofing to my gym area, not sure if its good idea.

Please suggest.
Is open roof costlier than RCC roof ?
