Hello, I am thinking instead of using plywood completely for wardrobe, using granite as slab/partition, concrete as support/wall and plywood for doors.
Has anyone here done this for their home? is this economical? any other plus, minus of this idea? please share

If you are using Granite for flooring & if you again intend to go for bigger slabs, there will be a lot more good sized slabs which remains for spare usage. Normally, these are used in the kitchen shelves & as you mention, covered with ply shutters. With the wardrobes, it may not appear aesthetic. As far as the cost goes, not much of a difference though.

Again, both ply & granite cost a basic 100/ SFT. With granite, you may end up nosing the edges, which will add up to more. If you have a fairly bigger room, you might consider a walkin wardrobe, where significant costs are reduced.
