Hi All,

I had installed the Solarizer - Spring model (FTC Pressurized Model) 200 ltrs from Emvee, Total charges including Installation is Rs 41000/- .

It is one of the best model as of now.

I am in the process of installing Solar water heater. I also prefer Solarizer brand and also looking for 200 ltr

Can you please suggest the Dealer name and person who installed Spring model at your site?

Even i am planning to go for same model , Can you please let me know what should be water tank height to have solar system to get right pressure for flow .. it seems i got it wrong where our contact tor installed the tank at 2 feet platform height .. planning for alternate like get new stand dedicated for solar ..

i will reach same vendor for installation .

Hi Kumar,

I suggest below points to get optimum hot water and pressure

1) You should keep the Water Tank should be at least 6-8 feet above the Solar Heater Tank
2) Ensure the Solar panel should be placed in such a way the Panel should face South West direction as more sunlight will be there.

Is there any regulation from BESCOM regarding minimum number of liters of solar heater to be installed. Our contractor insists that any site measuring more than 30x40 has to have a connection of 300 ltrs. Is it true

its not true , infact now BESCOM is not looking this as a mandatory option ... this is around Sir MV layout
