Hi,
Agreement in complicated legal knowledge with labor is of no use, rather you can write in his language in simple terms.Few things to check with carpenter before you accept his services

1.Cost of wardrobe included fitting of accessories likes baskets, rods, racks etc
2.Cost of light pelmet is included or excluded in wardrobe costr
3.Loft cost
4.Cost of kitchen includes fitting all the baskets and accessories
5.wall panel cost with back frame
6.Wall panel cost with out back frame
7.edge beading fixing cost included or extra
8.cost irrespective of design complication

I'm not sure, whether anyone has gone for an agreement discretely & specific to Plumbing/Electrical/Flooring/Interior work,.etc.
But in your interest, if you want to have an agreement, there is nothing wrong, if the other party agrees.

Apart from the points mentioned by Praveen, based on your discussion with the service provider and agreed, you can consider including few more points like

1. Time line to finish the agreed work.

2. Specific material details and estimated quantity.

3. In case of changes in the design or Material requirement at a later date, ways to handle them.

4. Penalties/Price compensation on either side, in case of delays, or use of material other than agreed (if availability/discontinuity of particular model is an issue...etc.)

5. Absorption limit in case of cost fluctuation on the material/labor/logistics cost during the execution time.

6. Post completion, Warranty period for the Quality and workman ship & Correction ownership
