Hi Milan

This is a very vague Query straight away asking for the Price without mentioning the dimensions, Quality & Brand of materials....etc.
Generally either you must come up with your Budget for Interior works, for that a service provider will match the optimum quality material & Labor Cost. Alternately, you need to give the Quality Range & required Brand of materials and accessories along with the Dimensions, for which they provide you the Quote.

Generally without considering any of the requirements and the technical facts, if someone simply goes by the lowest quoted vendor, they will definitely end up with bitter experience.

Anyway, Here are some ball park price for the mid-range quality Interior execution including materials, which can vary based on the final material specification & the Dimensions.

1. Modular Kitchen: Rs. 1,800/sq.ft

2. Wardrobe: Rs. 1,200/sq.ft

3. Lofts: Rs. 800/sq.ft

Hi Milan

Along with the Dimensions, required Materials is one of the main Criteria.
Whether you need to go for BWR, BWP or Marine Grade Ply, Local Brand SS304 Baskets for Kitchen or Branded one
like Hafele make, Hettich Tandem Series or Ebco make, Laminate Thickness(O.5 mm to 1.0mm thickness) and any particular Brand
in order to arrive at a more accurate pricing..etc.

In General I say consider Rs. 1200/sq.ft as an average price considering Modular Kitchen(Higher Price), Wardrobes(Medium Price), Lofts, TV Cabinet & Shoe Boxes(Lower Prices) using a Mid Range quality Materials with Hettich Kitchen Accessories.
