Hi All,
Please consider these points before investing in this project.. First point, they are telling it is 9km from electronic city.. The project is located 8km away from chandapura circle (towards Anekal). In this case, how come it is 9km from Ecity. From my point it is 14km min from Ecity. Second Point, they are quoting the builtuparea for a 30*40 site as 1700sqft.. Buyers, please check the calculation of builtup area, by showing the plan to a decent architect. From my point of calculation, it can't be more than 1450sqft.. Till you book, marketing guys will chase you.. But once you book, that's it.. nobody cares you.. So think twice,thrice before investing...
