Need review for Artha Property-Reviera project-electronics c

Hi,

I am planning to buy a independent villa in the Reviera project (Artha Property) in the elctronics city.
I am interested in their Gravona and Fabian units.
they have been quoted at 80 lacs and 67 lacs respectively.

I need suggestions and review about this builder and property..

Any kind of reviews from previous artha property house owners will really be appreciated.

Hi kaushalk82,

I am planning to book a IRENE villa in Reviera and I am trying to look for some reviews as well. Since Artha is taking care of the construction themselves in Reviera, unlike their previous projects like Brick Field Shelters, etc, we may not know the quality of the construction and delivery. But, being a Times group venture, my guess is that they will try to give a good product.
Btw, did you book your villa?

Hi,
I have booked in Reviera.
I feel it has immense potential due to the metro/KHB suryanagar and wide approach road.

Titles are clear , was impressed with the quality and finishes of their model villa .
Hope they can deliver the same .

hii i wanted to share some feedback about Artha Reviera.

-It is an good alternative to buy because the basic price for IRENE Silver is Rs 67 lacs which is at the par with other 2BHK flats near electronic city.You can get a Villa at the price Similar to a flat.Most of the flats are higher or Approx this price.

-There are lots of sports activities offered like jacuzzi,squash,cricket pitch which we wont find in many projects.There are other sports and game activities also.

-Good for investment purpose because the Area is still in development phase and lot of IT parks are coming nearby.

-If a person is working in Electronic city or nearby area,it would be wise to consider this Villa.

-The project is well connected to the roads like nice road and Railway.

so looking at these advantages,I have booked a villa.

Hii,its been few months till now i booked villa in Artha Reveira and till now the customer service is very good.They are updating me and every query are being answered.So i hope it continue til i get possession of the villa.
