House required for immediate purchase

Hello,

I am looking for buying a house (preferably less than 7 years old). The location should be particularly in North Bangalore. Preferably in places like Vidyaranyapura, anywhere near Sahakarnagar, Hebbal, Hebbal-kempapura, Tata Nagar, Telecom society layout, HMT layout, BEL Layout, Tennis village, AMCO layout etc.
The house should be free from litigations, loan-able house, clean papers, without any agreements between the owner and agent etc.
