[URGENT] Need feedback/Experience with Vishala Karnataka Housing Cooperative Society

Hello All,

I came across many Co-operative Housing Societies near Devanahalli, Doddaballapur, Chikkaballapur.
Some of these Societies are right onto the Highways and selling at much lower prices compared to other Private development layouts. Biggest risk with these housing societies are, these doesnt come under RERA.

How risky is to invest in these housing societies as Registration of site will only happen after 4 years or more.
any thoughts pls let me know....

4 years means you are super lucky !
it would take atleast 10 yrs for registration of sites from the date of first installment..
