RR layout, Nagadevanahalli

Appreciate any feedback and current rates on RR layout, Nagadevanhalli, behind bangalore university and near to old outer ring road. Few agents are quoting between Rs 4000-5000/sqft.

Got some info. Some sites have no DC conversion but have A khata. What are the risks associated with a non DC converted land?

Some years before, once site comes into BBMP limits, one can pay better charge and get 'A' irrespective of Converted or Not. May be you are referring to those kind of sites. These sites are similar to 'A' khata site in converted land.
