Looks, its not Khata A or BDA approved site/layout?

Aishwarya is a highly dubious group. Please read their reviews here and in the old msn forum. Many people have been duped. Please visit their older projects and see for yourself before spending your money

I also recently visited Roayal Park by Aishwarya estates recently...
I am planning to buy a plot from this project. Phase 1 is BMRDA approved.
Does any one have any idea about this project?
