I don't get any approval status- I think it is only DC converted.

DC Converted sites needs to pay again for BBMP for betterment fees.

Can any one has done legal verification for this sites?

Its hpa ( bmrda) approved. I have seen the approval document. This is AFAIK legally very clean. You can do your due diligence.

Dear Vinay,

I think 11 KMS from ITPL, 6kms from Vartur and 15 kms from ORR from Google maps, But the price seems to be too high

2000 - 2500 will be the good bargain price for this. What do you feel?

Hi vinayshivakumar,

Could you please attach a copy of the BMRDA/HPA approval here or give a link to the HPA website where the HPA approval number can be counter checked?

The Campan Valley area is in Green zone (agri zone) as per even in the newly released BMRDA CDP Maps 2031, which means it may stay that way for the next 16 years! I always thought that the BMRDA gives approval based on the land-use zoning. Since it is clearly not in residential zone, are you sure that the HPA approval you're taking about is for residential use itself?
