Re: Builders Can't Sell Car Parking Space

I want to set something straight . I did not pay for my parking but negotiated to get a free one when I bought the apartment many years ago. Now that I have said it, I also want to make it very clear that
a) Those days of negotiations are long gone
b) No builder that I know of gives free parking
India is a great nation full of good laws but the government rarely enforces any of them, which I think you will agree with me. My points were
a) It is a huge hassle for common man to force a big builder to comply with law. It is certainly not easy. It is almost like getting an auto at 7AM for metered rate with a small luggage when alight from a long distance bus. Is it the law that autos should use meter at 7AM ? Try it at Majestic(not the prepaid) or Madiwala next time. It is not easy.
b) Assigned parking lots are good.
