I had enquired earlier about this property , If i am right the price which was quoted was around 3400/- by one person name Prasad. i am not sure whether this is same post.

The price which i felt in that area is around 2500/- so didn;t proceed with this .

Hi Hari,
The price in subh enclave is exactly 2500/-per sft now, the developer him self is selling it for 2500/- now .May be if one negotiate can get much better deal.
3400/- is completely out of present market.

Hi sptsaju
To my knowledge one Mr.Suresh is the original developer of subh enclave.You can contact him, he has got sites in another layout about 2-3 kms from subh enclave.
