Rs.1895/- per sq.ft. This rate are exclusive of Registration Charges.
If you are going for any Corner Plots then 15% Premium is Applicable and for all North & East facing plots 10% Premium is Applicable

1895 psf looks on higher side.

It seems they have revised the Launch Price to Rs.1895/- per sqft. And tentative launch date Nov 20th 2011.
