I don't think it will go through this layout. My market research shows that the Peripheral Ring Road goes anywhere between Salarpuria Gold Summit and Mantri Web city. The BDA has called all land owners for a meeting whose land will be acquired for PRR. If it was to go through this layout the owners would have been aware of it. I have no idea about it being a owner.

Hi DVD, that's very good information. I didn't know about this map. It will definitely increase the cost of the land as it is near the layout.
