I had visited this site a month back, and the promoters told that they have a tie up with Axis bank for loans. The roads are 25 feet wide and the adjacent sites are allotted to Arkavathy layout. Other amenities like drainage/ water supply, yet to come.

Iff you have any further details please let us know, even we tried to buy the site and still negotiations are going on. But worried because of Arkavathy layout next to it.
