Help Advocate murali: B khata plot conversion to A khata

Hello Mr. Murali,

I am planning to buy a plot near Sampige halli police station. The plot is B khata and is of dimensions 20ft x 30ft. This plot is corner site, and behind Sampige halli police station and near to Shobha city project
The owner is quoting around 3K/sqft.

- Is this good to go for B-Khata site?
- Can I get your help in getting the papers verified? if yes, then please let me know what all documents I need to get from the owner.
- If all documents are clean, then can it be converted into A-khata by paying the betterment charges? will you help in getting this done?
- If the owner insists, on paying some amount for getting the copy of property papers, then is it advisable to pay some(say 5K-10K)
