anam enclave how good is it?

I want to buy a site or house around Manyatha tech park .
I came through a house in Anam enclave in thanisandra.
There is a constructed house in this layout.
This is a newly constructed house with ground floor and first floor half .
It is a 30by40 site.
Any one know about this layout ? Are there any leagal issues with this layout?
There are some high voltage electric lines going through this layout .
