Dear Members

we have 1 acre 11 gunt agricultural land ( Garden land , coconut , mango , other trees ) in Bangalore North , our land notified in 2003 , we filed an objection from the initial stage but BDA awarded our Land . we filed a writ petition in the High court , the court ordered BDA to verify the Land . the BDA verified , since our land is a garden land and house is built up , the BDA passed a resolution in 2012 requested the Government to denotify our land . till now we have not received any intimation either from government and BDA .
