Vasundhara Layout, Shree Anantha Nagar 3rd Ph,off Hosur road

hi..need some details about Vasundhara layout, Ananthnagar 3rd phase. off hosur road. Does anyone know about connectivity towards sarjapur road, is one can construct etc? thank you

I was talking to one RE person who mentioned that depending upon site location price band is around 2000 - 2500 per sqft. Please share if you have any knowledge about the layout and surroundings please.

Vasundhara Layout, is not a part of Shree Ananth Nagar. Moreover this layout is in the green belt region & not approved (Am talking about Ananth Nagar). As for Vasundhara Layout not sure if 2k-2.5k is the right price. You can get a site in a better place if you part with 3k on Hosur main road. You can also try Reliable Lavender, its a much better location than Vasundhara Layout expect for the fact that its a gated community.

Name of the layout is not Reliable Lavender. Its Reliaable Lavendula. located around 800 meters from Hosur main road(on the way to fruit market). You can search for details in
