advice on price of 10 year old apartment at bommanahally

dear all,
i am looking to buy a resale apartment in bommnahally near lourvern public school which is at 4th floor of four floors(ITINA sarva).the apartment is 1050 sq feet 3 bhk,10 year old.can anyone suggest me what could be the reasonable price for this property.(the owner asks more than 43 lakhs).

ittina has very bad bad reputation. pls google and you will find lot of complaints. pls be careful

Ensure your flat is legal. Most of the top floor's small builders are illegal.
