Nimishamba Layout

Hello,

I am offered with a 30x40 site in Nimishamba layout which is abouth 1.5 KM from Kengeri. The seller claims it has BBMP A Khata and is eligible for loan.
I request the forum members to provide additional information about the layout and is it good to invest in this property.
