I am looking to buy a plot in BDA employees layout, I have few questions regarding the layout, hope you would be able to help.
I have shortlisted few in jp nagar 7th phase, left side of double road.
Are there any legal issues in this layout?
what is the current market price?
Is there cauvery water supply?
Do I need to get NOC from the association? Is NOC valid in the court of law? Because of the 10 year lockin period.
Will there be any issues If i do not build the house for another 2-3 years.
How is this layout compared to Narayan nagar 3rd stage, right side of double road.
