Advise needed- ISRO Layout (BIKASIPURA)

Can anyone please help me with the current market rate of sites in Bikasipura (BBMP "A" Khata). This is very close to ISRO layout area. Any help would be very helpful.

I think its not less than 4.5 to 5K. Its become one of the costliest residential areas these days.
