Hi Guys
Just adding these photos in and around Maruthi layout for those who are looking for site in south bangalore.I happened to design on residence in this locality which is under construction.So i though of uploading some pics around this layout.
Pros
1.Lush green locality
2.Nice wide roads of 30' min
3.Approach road is 60' wide
4.Near to commercial main road and easy access to public transport
5.Most schools on kanakpura road are with in a distance of 5-6 km
6.Phase 2 metro station( already constructed ) is 2-3 km far from layout.There is good bus connectivity to reach metro for your daily commutation
7.Nice road connectivity is about 6km that connects to ECity,bannerghatta road,tumkur,mysore road

Cons
1.Far from it Hubs - literally not it hubs on kanakpura road
2.The connectivity to city via bansankari temple junction is a major bottle neck
3.No corporate hospitals near by
4.Nearest bus depo( interstate) is majestic or mysore satilite bus stand
