I am in process of finalizing a site purchase(30*40) in Narayana nagar 3rd block . Is anyone aware of any pending court cases in this layout particulary in 8th main ?

Consulted a lawyer and she was saying they cannot find out if there are/were any cases or not and asking me to check with neigbhours !! . Is this true with all lawyers ? , If anyone here knows a lawyer who has idea on this surroundings then please let me know .

Also if anyone has a copy of approved layout plan , please share with me or let me know where can I get this .

From whom you are buying the site, there were some high court which are resolved. But be careful who is the owner.
What is survey number ?

I think one form (maybe the membership form) has details abt the society's current office in Mysor. It may also have phone number. You can call and check ?

I am about to purchase one plot in Narayana nagar 3rd block. I am buying through the broker. Price is 5300 per sqft. Is it worth to buy plot here for this price? Any pending court cases in this area?

I think that is a bit high price in 3rd block . Double check with multiple people .
Last time when I enquired I heard that the case was solved . Not sure on latest news if any .

I didn't buy the property as he was not ready to pay for 4500 per sqft.

Now I have put my buying on hold because of Modi's moves to stop black money. Hopefully I will buy plot in the same area for the lesser price in few months or a year.

hi, what is the current market price ?

One of the broker approached me for my 1200sft site with price quote of 4750 - 5000 sft. I do not have any plan to sell as of now.
