Hi,

I am finalizing for a plot in this property in Phase 1. Has anyone taken loan from SBI?. Property is BDA approved but garden/club house is near lake. Is that a problem if in the future?.Sales team says its approved from SBI but it is not listed in their site.

hi Veeresh sorry for replying late yes its approved by BDA and u can avail loan in any of the nationalized banks and i have sold it to guy who started constructing a house already by availing the loan from PNB .
