BBMP Plan approval Cost for 40*60

Hi All,

I am planning to start construction in our site at Kanakapura Road. So I wanted to know what is the BBMP approval cost adhering to my following preferences. I want to know how much is complete cost involved to get the approval including DD cost, cost for making plan design as per approval bribe etc

1. Site Measurement : 40*60
2. Home Plan: Total 3 Kitchen
Stilt: Car Parking
First Floor: 3 BHK 1 Kitchen Home
Second Floor: 3 BHK 1 Kitchen Home
Third Floor: 1 BHK 1 Kitchen Home
