Can you share your inputs on projects in KR PURAM - HOSAKOTE area for 30x40 plots for immediate construction. i heard Opal shelters launched BDA layout in Hirandahalli .. any idea on this project?I am looking for 30x40 plot with bank loan in this area.

Enquired today, they are yet to get BDA approval, probaly by March 2014 is what they are saying.

Do other thing is this a good place for investment. What is possibility that this place will develop. I would like to also understand the proxmity to other place.

Anyone has any idea please share.

Hello Guys ! May I know how much you paid per sq ft for confident lilian during 2011 to 2013 time period.
Did confident management complete the layout work or made progress within the proposed time frame ? Any of you ( who bought the plot there ) planning to construct home soon ? How much is the expected maintenance charge per month / annual per sq ft ? Many thanks for your attention.
