Reliaable Signature@South BDA Approved Layout

I am planning to buy site in Reliaable BDA Signature@South Layout (http://reliaabledevelopers.com/signature/) situated off Hosa Road (Chikanagamangla Village - https://goo.gl/N3ff2n). Its opposite to SJP Primecorp Hamilton Homes

Seems like its not in BBMP Limits.Please confirm if any idea how to verify.

Legal verification is process.

Please share about your experience with Project/Developer.

What price you purchased the plot?(per /Sqft). What are additional charges like Club house fees? etc. How may houses are there at present?

Quoted price is 3600/- negotiable. As per developer 15 plots are remaining out of 170. Club house charges 2 lacs and 25/sqft/annum maintenance charge
