Broker is claiming that it's DC Converted, A Khata Property. But it's not approved by BDA. I think they have panchayat approval for this layout.

Hello, there was some issue with SOVEREIGN DEVELOPERS who owns UNNATHI PROJECT. Not sure if this belongs to the same developer and it is a big scam around Hennur. Please see the following - http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/ban ... 278748.ece

Unnathi Project that you were referring above is an apartment in Horamavu. Whereas i am referring to Unnathi Spledor Layout which has residential plots of A Khatha DC Converted is in K Narayanapura, Near Hennur Bagaluru Road.
