Excess materials in construction and interiors

Post by namburi »

Hi,
This sub forum is for sharing the excess / left out / exchange of construction or interior materials like cement bags, sand, jelly, paints, hardware etc...
You can also rent out the construction material like ladders, scaffolding poles, mini machines , tools if you have purchased while your construction.
Left out ply wood, laminate sheets, fevicol , nails any thing related .
You can sell ,buy, free give away, exchange in this forum.

We are starting this forum to minimize the construction waste .Its a known fact then 10-15 % of construction materials are all wasted .You need just a small steel rod or a small ply wood. you end up buying the whole length or sheet. Here you can buy or share the items. There by we can save at least 50% of waste to be reused or recycled .

Hope members take this as a social initiative and come forward to help each other.

Regards

Excellent work! I was looking for something similar
I have

1. around 30 scaffolding wood (sarvy) of 10 ft length. I have paid 3500 for them.

2. Plumbing pipes both ashirvad (fresh water) and PVC pipe (waste water) and joints for them.

3. Around 100 pices of clay tiles meant for roof top laying which keep house cool in summer and also helps with water proof. Each piece will be split into two and then layed.

4. Kejariya floor tiles, ramco carparking/balcony tiles

5. Electric wires (havells) and TV cable, telephone cables wires, havells ORO model switches and plugs, mcb etc.,

6. Size stone, 40 and 20mm jelly stones, enough to construct around 15 feet compound wall foundation.

If you are extending your house like adding a room/wall these items will be very useful.

Those interested in buying please contact me. My house is on kanakapura road, talaghttapura, near Toyota showroom. You will have to take care of transport.
