What are the current rates for a 30X40 plot in Anjanapura Layout (11th ,10th & 9th block)?
Brokers are quoting around 3K per sq.ft.
Are these rates for real?

Really ??? Its not fare. Its around 2250rs that too for good location and N/E facing.
Anjanapura BDA layout is formed before SMV BDA layout but development wise its not even reached 50% of SMV. For 3k You will get very good site in SMV BDA layout.

30*40 sites are not less than rs 2500-2700. those sites in the main road(so called commercial and 40*60 and above) are being qouted around 2900-3000.

Today I have visited BDA-BSK Office, I got details about Cauvery water supply and under drainage work. Yesterday, BDA has sent letter to Water supply board, Simsha Bhavan, Jaya Nagar Bangalore. Asking to complete work for 9th, 10 and 11th block and BDA has already paid 100% of money to water supply board.
The expected time of complition this work is thi year end. If this works, it will be good news to all owners to start construction.
